Strategy Call

Free 30-minute phone call. We talk goals, history, and whether we're a fit.

First Session

Full movement assessment and a starter workout. About 75 minutes.

I write your program after our first session, delivered before our second.

We meet at your scheduled time. The program adjusts every 4 weeks.

Frequently asked questions.

No. About 70% of my clients are starting strength training for the first time. I teach the lifts from zero.
I work with women only. It's where my specialization is and where I'm most useful.
I've worked with dozens of postpartum clients. We start with diastasis screening and pelvic floor assessment in your first session.
Almost never. Tell me about it on our call and I'll be honest about whether I can work around it or if I should refer you out.
I keep my coaching 1:1 by design. If you want to bring a friend in, I can recommend a great trainer for partner sessions.
Light nutrition is included — protein targets, habit-based changes, eating enough. For deeper nutrition work, I refer to a dietitian I trust.
